This is a personal showcase for projects I'm running solo+AI. The source lives at github.com/napofpassion/pdev. It's built with Astro on Cloudflare Pages.
The site reads the project list from C:\pdev\.pdev\registry.json (the same registry the ship skill maintains) and pulls live facts about each project — branches, recent commits, detected tools — via a pre-build scanner. The narrative on each project page is hand-written.
The private detail layer (/p/<slug>/raw/ and /p/<slug>/branches/) is gated by Cloudflare Access; you'll see "← back" links instead of broken pages if you stumble onto one.
